Do not like the information flow
[In my opinion] I would NOT recommend UKG to any organization that is fast moving or growth focused. They can not respond to you or implement change quickly at all [from my experience]. For example a banking change takes months. Too bad if you have fraud on your account or a new division opening quickly.

UKG Pro Support

You always have to open a ticket and likely two per issue because that is how the system works. We have had payroll critical issue and we were forced to open a ticket.
