Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to help us manage all employee records and use it as a tool for hiring. We have set it up to help us stay in line with all the laws; it's easy to navigate this way, whereas before, we had to use multiple tools for this instead of having it all in one place.

Usability

It's really easy to use and figure out how all the different functions are ingratiated together for users to help with the workflow; many different functions can all be easily accessed as well. I have found that I understand our own processes much better when using UKG because of how it appears within the system.

It's been great in terms of customer service; whenever there is an issue, UKG is pretty good at helping us fix it or letting us know why the issue is present in the first place. I can always count on someone to help answer my questions and give me directions when needed.
