Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

SMBSC used UKG Pro for Core HR processes, payroll, recruiting and onboarding, succession and performance management, HR-related file management, and employee surveys. UKG Pro was instrumental in modernizing our HR-related systems, reducing manual processes, and streamlining other processes. Payroll processing time was reduced significantly and we realized significant ROI after we implemented UKG Pro.

Prior to UKG Pro, we used a combination of a custom Time & Attendance solution, Microsoft Dynamics GP payroll, and ADP payroll processing and tax filing. Moving these tasks and processes to UKG Pro provided a single solution, streamlined processing, fewer integration (potential failure) points, and reduced time to process payroll overall. Beyond payroll, core HR and benefits capabilities also increased, with a much more user-friendly interface, and stronger analytical capabilities, and eliminated the need for the many spreadsheets and manual checks & balances that we had in place previously. Most importantly, UKG Pro provides an entire, all-in-one solution for virtually any HR-related need, top-notch service and support, and a dedication to being your partner for life. UKG follows through with what they say and genuinely cares about their customers and their success.

UKG Pro is very user-friendly, has a consistent interface across the web and mobile applications, and provides a wealth of functionality, configuration, and analytics.
We have centralized virtually all of our human resources, payroll, benefits, and related process since implementing UKG Pro. Previously time & attendance, payroll, and many HR processes were de-centralized at each subsidiary. These are now all handled at headquarters effectively, consistently, and more efficiently.
Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits capabilities are well-suited for virtually any company from small, independent businesses to large, global firms. There is a high degree of configuration available from within the solution that can be adjusted and maintained by the customer without the need for customizations from UKG. However, if absolutely necessary, UKG will provide customization services. SMBSC has two customizations on the Time & Attendance side of things.
