Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

I use UKG Pro as the system of truth for all employee data, including Benefits, Performance Management, and Payroll.

Pros

  • UKG Pro is very flexible and allows clients to personalize to their company's needs.
  • UKG provides ease of use for Admins, Managers and Employees.
  • UKG has a Community of Clients that are always willing to help each other!

Cons

  • The Recruiting and Onboarding modules could use upgrades for a more seamless hiring experience.
  • Cognos Analytics could be updated to allow for more robust reporting.
  • UKG Pro has a great impact on overall business objectives as it is our organization's system of truth. Data from UKG drives most company decisions.
We have centralized Payroll and Benefits within UKG Pro. This allows our organization to have a one-stop shop for employee needs.

Upgrading UKG Pro

Yes - UKG is updating how new release functionality is distributed to Clients. This updated process is not without its issues, but UKG is actively working on changing it to better align with Client needs.
  • Unknown at this time....still reviewing new functionality.
  • More communication from UKG regarding new functionality available to Clients.

UKG Pro Training

UltiUniversity is a great place to get training on UKG functionality.
  • Online Training
The instructor-led Training is wonderful! I wish there were more ILT offerings!

UKG Pro Support

UKG needs more Product Support personnel. Case submission should not be as difficult as it currently is.

Yes - Timely is a relative term. Break-fix issues tend to take longer than normal to resolve.
You can find exceptional UKrewers who go above and beyond to support clients. When you do find these people, cherish them and do not overburden them. They are diamonds in the rough and need to be polished so they can shine brightly!!
