Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use UKG Pro for payroll, time management, scheduling, benefits management (including open enrollment), performance management, recruiting, onboarding, document management and more.

  • It has given our managers direct access to recruiting to make quicker hiring decisions.
  • It has increased the efficiency of our HR team for onboarding.
Benefits administration is centralized and has taken us from multiple files to now having everything within UKG Pro.
Increased productivity in terms of how many employees can be onboarded in a small time frame. This has had a big impact during our seasonal hiring season.
UKG Pro is very usable. However, Workforce management's back end is overly complex and not fully integrated with Pro. We often have to change settings in multiple locations before they take effect.

The recruiting and onboarding modules are easy to use and very functional. The scheduling aspect of workforce management is overly complex and very difficult to use. The back end set up of workforce management in general is overly complex and difficult to manage as settings often have to be changed in multiple locations for them to take effect.
