Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

Use UKG Pro as our HRMS. We use our system for payroll and HR Core. The business problems this system solves is the one system of record.

Centralized payroll and HR data. Centralized document management and Time & Attendance. This has been beneficial to keep everything in one place and access remotely.
The ease of the app, and being able to run reports that are already created through the mobile app are helpful. Seeing job history. Approving changes through the Mobile app is helpful.
Because while most basic functions are easy to navigate and use, the ability to use untapped resources is unknown. There is not enough efficiency testing to show us what we are missing nor support from customer service/account representatives.
We selected UKG because at the time it felt like it was easier to use. Now questioning as it is not as seamless or as robust as we thought. Could be our lack of knowledge, but that is the issue.

No support from our account representative. We have tried reaching out and get no responses. Would like to work with someone who can help us see how we can use the system more efficiently.
