Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
It is being used for timekeeping, HRIS, payroll, and tax services.
- The Customer Support Portal is a very useful tool provided by UKG. It is full of training videos, troubleshooting tips, and allows for cases to be opened when additional support is needed.
- The notifications on updates, issues, and new services are sent via email and provide plenty of information and notification for their customers.
- UKG offers a complete product, from recruiting & onboarding, to payroll, and to year-end tax filings.
- The message box feature in deductions plans, gadgets, etc. could be improved. It is hard to configure everything precisely and what appears in the box does not always appear that way on the Company Page or in an Open Enrollment session.
- Open Enrollment could use some updating. An Active Enrollment session is actually passive so why even have that option. I also think the New Hire & Open Enrollment sessions could use some additonal functionality, taking into consideration the different benefit options that companies offer.
- Managing all HR activities on one platform.
- Self service for employees.
- Increased employee engagement.
UKG has a better reporting structure.
Our company is relatively new so UKG has provided exceptional support to us while we have implemented open enrollment, onboarding, time management, performance management, and comp management.
