Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We use UKG Pro as our HCM, we also utilize Benefits Prime and are in the process of implementing the comp management system.

  • Cost/time savings.
Very user friendly system that offers multiple platforms. Some of those platforms could use development such as recruiting and onboarding.
I have not had too much interaction with support.
As a user of multiple HR systems, this one seems the most user friendly other than BI. I have used other reporting systems that do not require joins or are as difficult to run reports. It would be nice to have a system that would prompt you for things(ADP Reporting is much more a user friendly system).
