Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We use it as our HRIS across the company for payroll, HR, etc.
  • Their Account Managers and ERM's are amazing.
  • They have many options to fulfill HR needs.
  • Their annual conferences are amazing.
  • Cases and Service Requests are not great processes.
  • File feeds are probably my least favorite part of UKG Pro - the entire process is difficult and not customer service oriented.
  • Time management as it is today is not a very easy or user friendly process (not the Kronos option)
  • Cost/time savings on moving to Benefits online.
  • Ability to manage most of our HR activities within one platform.
  • Created efficiencies.
I was not involved in the decision making process for UKG Pro.
Most pages load quickly. Reports can be pretty lengthy to run if they are very complex.
ERM's and Account Manager's are excellent - but the Cases and SR's are not always great and extremely inconsistent.
Mya Sanger always delivers exceptional support for UKG. She is our ERM and she always goes above and beyond to help out in any way she can, and to fix the issues I have had with other parts of UKG Pro. She is a lifesaver for your company and you should hold on to her at all costs!
I think UKG Pro is overall a good HR software system. There are good Benefits options, they have added Kronos Time Management solutions which look promising, and they have various options for other HR related areas.
