Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used by the entire organization. We use manager self-service for payroll related transactions. For employee self-service, we use it for pay statements, add/change direct deposit and updating profile for address/phone number/licenses and certification. HR function uses it for hires/terminations and change status. Payroll function uses it to process pay.
  • MSS function - leaders use it to manage their employees and process change in jobs/salary.
  • ESS function - allows employees to be able to own areas of their profile, access tax slips at ease and update pay related areas like direct deposit.
  • UltiPro Time and Attendance (UTA) - needs improvement on simple functionality, reporting and configurability for design (streamlined for our users).
  • UltiPro Recruiting (RECV14) - although not currently using, some of the limitations that cause us hesitation in using is that there is no ability determine which component companies/org levels should come over from Core to be internal candidate profiles.

Well suited- It is cloud (Saas) based. It allows users to update or change information based on workflow set up.

UltiPro Support

For general questions there seems to be an ease in getting results or communication. For anything other, there tends to be consistent questions or the need for me to reiterate my question even though I am very good at documenting it in my case submission

Integrating UltiPro

Integration with Workopolis (only customer to have this) and integration for our US benefits carriers (Cigna, Kaiser, EyeMed, etc) were not easy or the best experience we have had.
