Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is used by the entire organization. We use manager self-service for payroll related transactions. For employee self-service, we use it for pay statements, add/change direct deposit and updating profile for address/phone number/licenses and certification. HR function uses it for hires/terminations and change status. Payroll function uses it to process pay.
- MSS function - leaders use it to manage their employees and process change in jobs/salary.
- ESS function - allows employees to be able to own areas of their profile, access tax slips at ease and update pay related areas like direct deposit.
- UltiPro Time and Attendance (UTA) - needs improvement on simple functionality, reporting and configurability for design (streamlined for our users).
- UltiPro Recruiting (RECV14) - although not currently using, some of the limitations that cause us hesitation in using is that there is no ability determine which component companies/org levels should come over from Core to be internal candidate profiles.
