Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use Ultipro for our payroll, benefits administration, performance management, salary planning, time and attendance and recruitment needs. It is a one stop shop for all of our HRIS needs.
Pros
- Salary Planning - ability to send out departmental worksheets with all relevant information on them, get approval and post new salaries to employee records with just a few clicks.
- ACA recordkeeping - meets all requirements for ACA reporting, recordkeeping and tracking. Well designed and thought out flows.
- Performance Management - ability to customize templates, schedule future appraisals, distribute mass appraisals, track developmental plans and goals.
- Reporting - with a little practice the reporting capabilities are endless with this system.
Cons
- eRecruitment seems a little disconnected from the Core application. I understand though that they are working on upgrades now.
- When rolling out updates and new releases you have to make sure you ask a lot of questions as sometimes how the new functionality is described is accurate, but it does not give you all of the information that you need
