Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Support is great, however I wish I could just call the support line for information instead of adding a case everytime.
We use UltiPro across the whole organization for payroll and time management. Our employees receive their paychecks online, request PTO and reporting needs.

Pros

  • Ease of use for our employees to get and print paychecks
  • Ease of use for simple reporting needs
  • Burst reports of information to our employees

Cons

  • PTO processing could be improved
  • Online training
  • In-person training
  • Self-taught
Very well done, but it can be difficult to learn and have hands on with online training.
It has been several years since in person training, but it is too general.
Payroll and HR are integrated and it is easy for employees to use.
