Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We track HR data and process payroll using UltiPro.
  • Online benefit open enrollment
  • BI functionality
  • Resolving tickets quickly
  • Benefit enrollment for life events, we are manually making adjustments for deduction start dates, and occasionally benefit coverage start dates.
  • ACA measurement group tracking, I have run into issues with employees that have been terminated or have changed group status when moving the data over to the 1095-C data.
  • ADP
I liked ADP business intelligence reporting, but didn't like working in separate modules for different HR functions. The continuity wasn't there when I was working within it.
If you have someone that enjoys configuration and is a quick learner.
