Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use UltiPro for our corporate office along with 155 of our center locations throughout the United States. UltiPro has addressed many of our issues with performance management allowing managers to complete the review in the system as well as allowing HR to track status etc.
We also use it for salary planning and merit increases which has reduced the time it takes for us to complete this process from 7 weeks to 4 weeks.

- UltiPro is a true partner for us, not just a vendor.
- The education for life option is a true value add for our users. It allows me to assign training to get new employees up to speed without having to spend a large amount of my time helping them to get familiar with the system.
- The UltiPro platform is configurable allowing us to be nimble and make changes to the system as needed by the business without requiring an outside resource.
- I would love an option in UltiPro to better assist us with administering FMLA. This is functionality that I think would move UltiPro ahead of other HCM systems.
- The salary planning module could use some improvements. It's much better than it was, but I would like to see it be more of a workbench type module than just a system functioning spreadsheet.

We are now able to complete both the competencies review and the personal goals review at the same time. This reduces the amount of time it takes to complete this process. Managers appreciate being able to do it all at one time and it gives an overall view of the employee performance.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Workday Human Capital Management
The one advantage of competitors I see so far is a more extensive compensation workbench in Oracle. The ability to track financials in the same system as the HCM has been seen as a positive by the organization.
Workday has a similar setup as UltiPro but does not appear to be as flexible. This is based only on a product demonstration.

As I stated previously, I believe they always provide great support to our team. One scenario on that comes to mind is when we implemented the new Onboarding product. Our project lead kept us on track and made sure we meet the goals at each step. It was a seamless transition from the old version to the new version and was completed in record time.
