Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use UltiPro for most Human Resources functions, Commission, and Payroll payments. We also integrate Time Management for timesheets that feed to payroll for processing. We just implemented our commission payroll this last year, and we are now looking at Onboarding so that the flow between systems will be seamless.

Each company has a personal service representative to call, and there is a hotline to call when you are in the middle of payroll processing and need an answer right away.

Service Call Support when I needed to recalculate my batches to process payroll. As you know, some deadlines cannot be missed when processing payroll

Likelihood to Recommend

UltiPro is well suited for W2 forms and not so well suited is 1099 forms. I think they could do a little more for 1099 users.
