UltiPro = Two Thumbs Up
Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is being used across our entire company. HR uses it in numerous capacities, including payroll, performance management, recruiting, etc.
Pros
- Payroll - and all associated functions including taxes, W2s, ACA requirements
- Performance Management - reviews, scheduling, automation
- Recruiting - automation, response times, reply capabilities, onboarding, I9
Cons
- Recruiting - moving candidates from one job to another does not transfer the applicant questions they answered.
- Customer Success Portal - submitting cases, questions go unanswered or open for days with not even an initial contact.
- Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
I would say we have, yes. We still have a few outliers as far as spreadsheets and such go, but I would say, for the most part, UltiPro has been a great tool that we use every day, which houses most of our needs.
Not as capable as UltiPro.
There have been several times, and I have let my Account Manager, Prescott Hanley know when those times happen so that he can send my praises to those folks who helped me. They should be documented as well.
