As mentioned earlier, Union Metrics is much more comprehensive as opposed to alternative Twitter analytic software like Buffer or Hootsuite. Because they are an official partner, they have access to granular bits of data that allow you to get a solid understanding on how users engage with your content and what content is working.
Union Metrics does a great job at providing insight into our Twitter account. With Union Metrics being the official partner of Twitter, I’ve noticed that the data we see via Union Metrics is much more comprehensive as opposed to other tools we’ve used. Union Metrics is a great tool for understanding how followers interact with your content and how to better engage them.

Not Sure - Union Metrics replaced the need to use native Twitter Analytics, Buffer and Hootsuite as sources for understanding how followers interact with our content.

The fact that Union Metrics is the official partner was the main reason for acquisition as it has access to data that most software does not. The data it provides is in real-time and accurate due to the nature of the collection.
I wouldn’t change anything. Union Metrics is top notch and provides the data needed to properly analyze our Twitter account.
