Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting
We have used UserTesting on the Marketing Team to test what we are putting out to our users, from websites to apps. We have gotten valuable insight, especially as you're able to hear the user struggle with tasks and watch as they complete tasks more easily than we thought. It's great to see their screen and hear their voice. It gives insight into problem areas.
