Overall Satisfaction with UserZoom
I use UserZoom mostly for:
- Running unmoderated user testing sessions for client's websites
- Gathering feedback on designs / concepts / journeys / prototypes / information architecture, like I would via UsabilityHub
- Running unmoderated user testing sessions for client's websites
- Gathering feedback on designs / concepts / journeys / prototypes / information architecture, like I would via UsabilityHub
- Easy to use & a good interface
- Allows us to research more because it's got a few bits included in their plans
- Gets good, reliable results when we use it
- It can take longer to source participants than other platforms
- It's quite expensive and needs to be used a lot to justify this
- Some parts of the interface can be a little much for a simple task
- Unmoderated user testing
- Gathering feedback on designs
- Testing navigation
- Relatively quick to gather finding
- Helps teams to validate ideas for greater success
- Stop launching half-thought ideas
Client selected it due to how they used it, pricing, and what it could do for them. It's about the same as these other tools but UsabilityHub let's you run multiple types of task in one test, and UserTesting still has a bigger panel I think
