Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

Vidyard is used globally to manage our growing collection of marketing videos. We use it to distribute these videos to our website and other social platforms. The platform allows us to centrally manage videos in a number of different languages and access them globally.

  • Integration with marketing automation platforms
  • Organizing videos into channels
  • Support for different titles and filenames
  • No hard ROI though we have seen a 15% increase in engagement with our videos
Wisita and Brightcove are powerful products, but Vidyard was set apart by its personalization features and its integration into Marketo. Analytics across all three packages were relatively equal, while the other two packages actually seemed better suited for managing large numbers of videos.
If you have a large number of videos Vidyard may be challenging to help keep them organized. If you use Marketo and want to share your videos on YouTube as well as other social platforms, then Vidyard will be an appropriate solutions.
