Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

We use it in our demand gen and lead nurture marketing efforts. It is integrated with our MAP tool, and provides insights to the behavior of our leads.

Cons

  • More detailed analytics that feed to MAP
  • Provided more data points for us to build the behavioral score of our leads.
I was not part of the selection process.
My experience with Vidyard is from the integration with Marketo and the data points it can feed to it. I think the tool does a great job.
