Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

Our marketing dept uses it for hosting videos and our sales team uses it for 1 to 1 videos.
  • The guided CTAs are awesome and help increase conversions.
  • The integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot are stellar.
  • The split-testing and analytics are helpful.
  • The UX is a bit clunky. It's not always clear where to go to do what you want.
  • The pricing can get a bit high
  • It's helped us increase conversions on our videos
