Our sales team use Vidyard for quickly creating personal video emails to introduce our solution or to progress through a sales process. We have also used Vidyard for simple support issues, explainer videos.

- Great insights and analysis of interaction and views.
- Strange setup for Players.
- Some issues creating actions/events, not particularly intuitive.
- Slow transitions of camera image when moving between TABS and apps.
- Sometimes the camera image is lost when moving between different apps.
- Premium price compared to alternatives.

Vidyard has more features, particularly transcription. However, we are still operating both side by side.
