Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Vidyard externally for recording prospecting and recap videos on our software. We use it internally to share videos on Salesforce/Outreach processes, product knowledge updates, and more. It helps us show users versus telling them.

Ease of Integration

I was not involved here but I have not had issues with it integrating to my email.

We always get quick response when we have issues, which we rarely do.

Likelihood to Recommend

Vidyard is awesome for follow ups when prospects want to internalize what they saw on a demo quickly to internal stakeholders not involved in the sales process. A quick Vidyard allows us to speed that process up without having to pull together another call.
