Sales at SeeClickFix uses Vidyard to put a face on our outreach whether it's opening conversations with new prospects or guiding would-be clients through the buyer's journey. Vidyard helps by humanizing our interactions and by letting us know when we have the attention of our prospects so we can time follow-up outreach.
  • Alerts account execs when their videos have been viewed.
  • It's easy to create video content from a browser window.
  • Organizing and reusing videos is simplified with their content library.
  • I like SoapBox's video capture tool better as it lets you easily toggle back and forth from speaker to browser window after the video has been captured.
  • I'd like to be able to track video interactions housed on other platforms through Vidyard e.g. Wistia without having to upload the content into Vidyard.
  • We see a higher rate of interaction with our biz dev email outreach.
The integration was pretty much plug and play.
Whenever we've had to contact support (which hasn't been very often) they were super responsive and good teachers.
Vidyard is well-suited for business development activities where you're focused on human-to-human outreach.
