Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard
Vidyard is the central repository for 99% of our video content. It is primarily used by our Marketing department to host content such as recorded webinars, commercial videos, recorded demos, and explainer videos. Some of these videos are gated content and some are open to the public. If it's gated, you must fill out a form to watch it. If watched, that information routes back into our CRM that we are integrated with. Every time a contact watches a video, it gets recorded on the contact. Sales will use it primarily for sharing videos. In addition, we also use the free versions of GoVideo. I'm a massive fan of this as I use it for training and more.

Pretty straight forward to integrate into your organization and with other applications.
These guys get support. Even in their early days, they were so good at making support human-focused. They are responsive and quick. Their CSMs get tickets escalated if needed. They do a really good job with it. I have not had any complaints about support at all with the team at Vidyard.
Companies establishing a video marketing strategy at their organization. I would recommend it over any other platform. Also, companies that are trying to stand out from the rest of the inbox chaos in their outbound efforts. Video is king. So the more video you can implement into your content strategy, the better.
