Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

It addresses the problem of potential prospects not opening emails. By having a video, it entices them to be curious about what the subject of the email might be. It's currently being used just in the Sales department. I have my in-house marketing person help with the overall presentation style. The big yard itself is being used by Sales.

  • The Post-Sales integration team could be a little bit better connected. I felt like I was handed off to somebody after the sales process was over, and I wish it was the same person for the salesperson was more involved.
  • Whenever I had an issue, Support was pretty prompt on getting back to me.
  • The consistent follow-up after the tech-support issue was excellent.
I didn't really evaluate any other video product. I saw the presentation at the Inbound 2019 conference and I was convinced this could be a good addition to our marketing.
I think it's well-suited for people who consistently send out emails and are needing a better response rate. It's also well-suited for users of Hubspot.
