Overall Satisfaction with Vimeo

My online business uses Vimeo for my clients who sell online courses. My clients can upload their videos to Vimeo, and I can use the easy embed settings to put into the program we use for their online courses. It is insanely easy to use and very reliable. I highly recommend for anyone needing to store videos for access across a team.

Pros

  • Vimeo is easy to embed into other sites.
  • Quick uploads compared to Dropbox
  • It has made course creation much easier and smoother
  • Easy to access videos across an entire team.
Dropbox takes much longer to upload than Vimeo. Vimeo is much more user-friendly and allows for more customization.
When Vimeo crashed, they immediately posted about it in social media and were very upfront about it.

Vimeo is great for online businesses needing a place to store their videos. If you are looking to use it for a place to get your content out to new users, then it is more complicated.
