Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint

We used it across the whole organisation for 2FA

It's light years behind a decent 2FA solution
Yes, it's a Cloud service that does work however it's not great and not a mature/competitive product
Smartphone app was clunky and for most things, it didn't offer a push notification option
2FA and SSO is so important/critical for all organisations. Unfortunately AuthPoint isn't a decent solution for it

I wouldn't recommend going with this solution. [WatchGuard AuthPoint is a] terrible product, hard to deploy, lack of decent management, lack of push notification, lack of integration and just poor UI and user experience. The alternative options are way better, user friendly, powerful, features with integration, control and easier management
