Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint
These are the MFA products we use for VPN SSL, IKE, and resources like 365, Vcloud.
- Clean in notification.
- AppleWatch apps.
- Setup by phone number/sms
- Security of the device (jailbreak etc).
- Better security.
- Knowledge and good step by step install guide (for ressources).
The product works great but needs more control on the device itself (no jailbroken device, check the local update, etc). The GUI is more clean and simple on the Authpoint side.
If you have a WatchGuard on-premise, it's an easy win. If you had another brand, forget the integration of Authpoint, too hard.
Really cool, no specific complaint besides the original mail seems to take his time to arrive on certain days ...
Need more personalization, putting our logo on the apps, making custom SAML applications, etc.
