Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We usually use it to communicate with Cisco. When we need to do a live session for the cases we open Cisco.

Pros and Cons

Quick connection.
Better video and voice quality.
Simple share screen.

When you do not download the desktop app and join the meeting from the browser, you may have problems with screen sharing and requesting authorization. This should be improved.

Return on Investment

We had the opportunity to quickly share a screen with the TAC engineer remotely, for them to review and fix our problems as soon as possible.

Alternatives Considered

Microsoft Teams

I like the video and audio quality in Webex more, but they seem to be equal in terms of video recording features and ease of use.

The chat functions [on Webex App] work well for asking questions and exchanging information. [Webex App] allows chatting with individuals during a conference, which is very helpful. However, sometimes there may be problems with recording meetings.
