Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

The Webex App is being utilized by our entire organization. With most of our employees working remote during the pandemic, Webex has become essential to our everyday communications.

Pros

  • Scheduling Meetings is a very intuitive with the Webex Scheduler.
  • UCM calling with Webex lets us use our current UC infrastructure and incorporate it into Webex.
  • Messaging and spaces are fantastic!

Cons

  • Screen share and control is a bit lacking. It is very slow and all parties need to be in Computer mode.
  • Computer calling has really made the difference in our decision not to replace certain end of life physical phones in some departments.
This rating I feel is appropriate for now, Webex is still going through quite a bit of development and will keep improving every month. I hope to give it a 10 in future.

The UI is standard and easy to navigate.
Webex App is well suited for organizations that adopt it for all of its UC features, especially if you have room kits! Now with the addition of the Slido application, our users can easily use the advanced polling, QA and quizzes without having to purchase an additional 3rd party applications. This is awesome!
