Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use it throughout the organization for communication and meetings. It solves the problem of communicating with different organizations without having to travel across the country and holding meetings without face-to-face contact.
- Easy to use.
- Nice to administrate.
- Make conferences simple.
- Teams handling (to complicated for users).
- Better moderation options.
- Better introductions for users.
- Positive: more technology in the organisation generally.
- Positive: users get more into technology.
- Positive: CEO is more interested in technology.
- Microsoft Teams and Zoom
MS Teams is better for education and has to much features that irritate for users Webex is better to administrate and easy to handle for the user. Zoom is good for private users, but lacks on features for companies.
