We use the Webex App to support hundreds of onsite deployments a year, providing the onsite engineer with a robust escalation path, real time work logging and one place to access documents, photos and information about the deployment. It's been rock solid and enhanced over the years providing us with great new features and even the ability to integrate our own home grown bots to automate repeatable tasks and continue to scale.

We selected Webex App because it has a free tier we can use for the wider team (contractors, one off users) and ticked the majority of boxes, including automation, mobile access, fully synced, reliable and scalable access - with Okta integrated SSO. The other apps we tested were more expensive and had a higher barrier to entry whilst not being so mature in some areas.
