Across the entire company. We are also a Multiservice Provider using Webex for our Broadworks based solution. We use Webex tools for Collaboration, Ad hoc and scheduled meetings platform, internal and external communications including work from home, hybrid and mobility needs. I provide course development and training services for our employees and client base.

- Self care portal access seems disjointed.
- Call Pickup function needs to be optional very difficult to use in a hybrid environment without insight to other users telecom status.
- Receptionist, BLF, Exec/assistant, etc.
