It is so simple and easy to setup, with browser plugins, joining Webex [App] is a seamless experience. We can also control on what can be shared, who can share, muting all participants and I believe we tested this with 300+ users, and it worked like a charm.

Corporate training is a challenge for cross teams and geographically distributed teams, setting up meetings with the Webex [App] outlook plugin is very easy, we can publish dial in numbers as well for the participants on the move, meetings can be joined using mobile or we can listen to the meetings by just dialing in the call.
