Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use across the whole organizations. Webex App changed the way how to be faster and really much better developing solutions for our clients. We are also MSP for Webex Solutions and since this year also Collaboration Certified Partner. Webex App and the devices are really perfect and we love all the solutions.

Pros

  • We can connect directly to our clients.
  • We have direct connection to Cisco.
  • The communication is much faster.

Cons

  • A bit better connections with other apps like MS Teams.
  • Directly connection to OneDrive.
  • Positive everything.
Well, we are already Microsoft Gold Partner and we use MS Teams for a long time. But anyway, we love Webex also cause we can combine it in different ways. So we are 100% digital.
Great. Well, we never had a bigger problem with Webex App or other Webex solutions but those two times we had deployment problems, Cisco guys helped us really fast and were very sympathetic.

Well usability of Webex App is already great. We love to use it and it has a wonderful user experience.
We consult customers who still work on premise and don't have any other communication tools. So Webex App is fast to deploy and easy to use. Even the Workshops to onboard customers are very easy and understandable. On the other side, it would be great to use it with M365 and Office apps like in MS Teams.
