Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use Cisco Webex App across our organization as a medium to join collaborative meetings and presentations with our customers and internal folks. The only issue is the app becomes unresponsive at times and nothing could be seen or heard. Though the laptop spec is far enough for the app to run, it has that issue. Also, we need to be well ready at least 30 mins before the meet to check out if the app functions as expected, else we have high probability to miss deadlines. Other than above stated performance issue, the app addresses the pain points in terms of arranging a collaborative meet with screen sharing options.

- Screenshare.
- Video preview option.
- Recording option.
Cons
- Performance of the app in terms of slowness.
- Mute and unmute has a beep sound which at times cuts off what we speak.
- Unable to join any call or meet at the next moment like 1 or 2 mins before. Should be ready to test the app well before 30 mins owing to performance.
- Great room for collaboration with customers.
- Great room for recording video presentation with consent.
- Had delayed few meetings owing to performance issues.
Basically the usability. That matters a lot and widespread usage among clients owing to security considerations. More secure than the above 2 mentionings.
