Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
I work as a Cisco team leader in one of the largest technology distributors. As a reseller, we use Webex [App] to communicate between the members of the team and with Cisco but as an organization, we don't use it as our standard collaboration tool. The Webex App is very useful considering that we work remotely, so I can join a meeting from anywhere! That's a big win nowadays.

- Security - considering we exchange confidential information, security is mandatory.
- Good quality.

- Super easy to start a meeting!
Cons
- Sometimes is difficult to join a meeting.
- Collaboration with Office/Microsoft.
- Lower phone calls.
- Increased productivity.
