Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I usually use it for meetings and also for real-time troubleshooting with clients and employees, it's a fantastic tool, very useful on a daily basis.
It usually works fine, with no crashes or disconnects.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Video quality.
Sound quality.
Is possible to record, and particularly for me, it is very useful.

Cons

In Linux environment is difficult to share the desktop.
Cannot play recording on mobile devices.
Every time you open a web browser, it asks you to install Webex Meetings multiple times.

Return on Investment

Brings a great return in terms of agility.
Facilitates communication with the customer.
Increases customer satisfaction.

Alternatives Considered

For now, only the Webex App.

Every time I needed Cisco support for any issue related to Webex App, the issue was always resolved quickly and clearly.

Usability

It's very simple to use, very intuitive, and they work very well overall.

Likelihood to Recommend

In my role and for my day-to-day, Webex App is well suited and helps me a lot, whether in administrative meetings or technical meetings, due to its stability and flexibility for remote access to the client environment.

For me, the only problem I have is when the OS on the desktop that the client is using to access the meeting is Linux because it limits some functions.
