Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use the Webex application throughout the organization not only for 1:1 online meetings but also for group meetings within a team, department, or across the company. We also use the application for online meetings with customers. When most meetings are online, Webex [App] is my main communication tool with colleagues and clients.

Pros and Cons

Content sharing - You can share content from a chat or call with a single click.
Noise cancelation.
Possibility of remote support for users taking control of remote desktop.
Share files as chat attachments or by linking to OneDrive or SharePoint Online.
Same user interface on different operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

I would welcome the opportunity to see availability outside of my organization.
Price in some licensing plans.
HW complexity in some situations.

Microsoft Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting and HCL Sametime (formerly from IBM)

Support Rating

Support, when a problem needs to be addressed, has always been good, not only from Cisco Webex support but also within communities.

Usability

While using Webex [App], I have not encountered a problem that cannot be solved. The application is very easy to deploy and its subsequent use by end-users does not require complex training.

Likelihood to Recommend

I will definitely recommend [it]. At this time, I can't think of a reason why I shouldn't recommend the app. [It] works great on both computers and mobile phones. I understand that in some cases the problem may be a higher price, especially for individual use, but in such cases, it is possible to use the free version.
