Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We at our business unit use Webex App as our main communications and collaboration tool for internal and external communication. We are all members of several spaces and have created several on our own to provide a platform for our partner incentives we run from time to time. With direct calls you can easily turn into a meeting, the Webex App replaced our telephony structure when it comes to internal calls.

As a distributor, we do use all of these platforms. We need to give advice to our customers that is right for their business. We in our Cisco Business Unit of course use Webex the most. Compared to the other platforms, we are convinced that Webex App matches the most needs, as it's affordable for small businesses but has enterprise features and capabilities for large companies as well.
As we haven't needed the support that much, I can't rate it very good or very bad. What we've experienced so far was pretty okay.

It's easy to start immediate meetings even with several participants. When using advanced branding settings in Control Hub, it'd be cool if dark mode was still available and if there was a preview, especially when it comes to custom colors. As we work at the desk most of the time, many colleagues like to have the option of dark mode, as it feels more comfortable for their eyes.
