Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Can't really explain how grateful I am that I knew this app. This is professionally way better than any other communication tool. It's also cool that when you see a nearby video device, you can choose to connect to it and join a meeting from that device if you want to. This is so awesome!

A bit pricey but worth it.
The videos are in high definition which I really love.
The security it gives us makes me feel so safe.

Alternatives Considered

Skype

They have the same purpose as a global communication tool to use but for me, I like Webex more. There's a lot of issues on Skype sometimes which annoys me especially in the middle of a business meeting with clients even though we've got a strong internet connection in our company.

Support Rating

I've once got a problem when I first used the app and it's more about troubleshooting. That was an hour before a meeting and I panicked. Good thing they have this troubleshooting tip on the article they got so I went in there before contacting them. Followed step-by-step procedure based on the article and it worked. They have a very detailed article that really helped me.

Usability

Because almost all the features they have on this tool are really helpful. That's definitely a plus for me. I don't need to use two or three tools to cover it all because I have it all in one app and it's in here. So glad to still use the Webex App.

Likelihood to Recommend

I've never really had a bad experience on this app which is good. The user interface is very engaging, very adaptive. It's like the cooler version compared to any other video conferencing tools I've had before. You can use it anytime and anywhere you want. It may seem that other tools can do it too but I like using this one more.
