Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Hi, I use Webex App on a daily basis to join meetings and troubleshoot calls with other users. It is good and I don't face any issues. Webex App makes my work easy. So I prefer Webex App a lot over other platforms. It is very user-friendly and it's easy to create or join meetings using either a desktop app or web client.

Alternatives Considered

AnyDesk

While using AnyDesk I happened to face a lot of issues while connecting to other users for remote support and my pc got hung many times. Also, the controls are not good and it takes a very long time to move the cursor. But in Webex App, all of these issues are resolved very easily.

Support Rating

Webex App is very easy and supportive for business and day-to-day operations. Because of Webex App, we are able to resolve complex issues using remote support and get the work done in same place without going anywhere physical. Good for meetings to schedule and controls are very good to use.

Usability

Webex App is very supportive and user-friendly. It is well and good for IT industries and helps to improve business requirements. Scheduling meetings, documents sharing, audio/video calls, interview purpose, remote support services, etc. It plays a vital role in everything and makes the work a lot easier. Expecting some good new cool features in the future.

Likelihood to Recommend

From my personal perspective, I find that Webex App is far better than any other similar virtual meeting platform and it is good for business. Expecting some cool new features for business purposes that might give additional good experiences while working with Webex App. It is very user-friendly needs the same in the future also.
