Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

I use it for Webex Meetings. Can invite the colleagues for meetings without any Software or Hardware compatibility issues. A person can also join through a web link if he has not installed the WebEx application on the PC or Laptop.

Pros

  • Voice clarity
  • Flexibility to join through web link as a guest.
  • Easy to operate and organize meetings.
  • Meeting recording feature.

Cons

  • Not able to run Meeting recording on mobile.
  • One has to keep waiting until the administrator joins. One should join the meeting room irrespective of meeting organizer has joined or not. For example, if 2 or 3 members can start discussing topic without the administrator joined.
  • Application installation or load time should be minimal when user wants to join meeting from new pc or laptop.
  • Positive- flexibility to engage customers without software and hardware compatibility. Good investment to host meetings through WebEx.
  • This tool is mostly known to all. So customers know the process to join meetings easily.
  • Also easy for am administrator to create and manage new users.
Webex according to me is more flexible to engage users and customers in meetings over internet.
Because of Trust developed in handling meetings through WebEx. Kept some room for improvements. For example, WebEx integration with Outlook and Google Calender.

Already shared my comments in previous sections.
Runs perfectly fine on machines with high speed internet, however, if the internet speed is low, application loading issues are observed.
