Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We used Webex specifically to provide external support to our clients enhancing the remote control and collaboration features. We were supporting more than 60 companies across the globe and this was our official tool whenever we need to conduct a troubleshooting session. Even though internally we were using Google Apps, Webex was our favorite for internal training sessions or when we needed to demo anything to our clients.

  • Clear and clean streaming for audio and video.

Cons

  • It could more friendly user.
  • Recordings are saved in proprietary format.
  • Mobile application tends to use too many resources.
  • Multipurpose collaborative tool.
  • Secure communication end to end.
  • Perfect for training sessions.
Webex goes above and beyond on remote control and collaboration tools. It may be not have a "user friendly" interface as Zoom or Google Meet, but enables you with real useful features when it comes to interacting with your attendees. Mobile application could be improved, but it will give you everything you would have on the PC app.
CISCO Support is one of the best supports I have ever had. I have reached out to them more on other devices, but the few times we had issues with Webex, they were quick and fast on responding and providing a resolution. Really knowledgeable techs and global coverage is the key.

Even though we had Google Apps and Google Meet internally for all of our meetings, most of us were using Webex for our day-to-day needs. It is quick and reliable and offers way much more features than a simple video conferencing tool. When you are the host is when you enjoy using Webex the most.
Webex App is great for any remote access or troubleshooting need. It is completely safe and even though you can use it by installing the application, it can also run on any browser which is great for end users that may have limit rights to install software.
Webex App is also great for training or knowledge transfer sessions, you can record and share the recording, while taking advantage of all the included collaboration features.
