Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
I use the Webex App consistently as we are a Platinum Cisco Partner and we always use internally what we sell. Webex helps for a quick collaboration suite to assist internal and external communications with our partners. Mainly we use for team meetings and customre collaboration sessions and of course demos.

Our organization needed a UCaaS solution that would allow for individuals the same experience if they are in the office, as home or on the road. With Webex we have the same experience on our desktop or if we are on our mobile all. Key is experience is the same so training (extra) is not needed.
Needed a solution that can grow and allow for collaboration for the full team environment. Some employees prefer physical devices and connecdt to the App for extra collaboration, some want to live in the Webex App with a headset and other just want the flexibility the pick and choose. This is the key with Webex
Love using hte hybird work model. As I personally have used for many years, its add more trust in my consultation to my client. I can share my experiences such as experience being the same at the homeoffic connected to a physical phone for voice traffic and at the office where I am fully SIP (or Voice over IP) with nothing more than a headset.
