Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

Webex Calling helpful for us for doing calling with the international clients with HD audio & video quality, It translates the native language very accurately. Customer support always help in case of any issue or query. It ensures the seamless communication, sometimes we use this to give demos to the clients. Also it has chat options we can connect with our clients at any time without any scheduling the calls.

  • Chat options saves time and boost productivity.
  • Easy to setup and use solution for international calls.
  • Very secure it encrypts every single call as well as follow all security standards and compliance.

Cons

  • Limited third party integrations.
  • Sometime calls quality reduce when internet bandwidth issue.
  • Poor ram management of mobile app.
  • It saves efforts & time because it transcripts in native language easily.
  • Ensure streamline and smooth communication experience.
  • Boost productivity and our services.
It gives more smooth experience as well as helps in usability. It is game changer for us. we are happy with there services.
