Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

Our organization deals with various vendors and certain times we have to share confidential demos with clients and vendors. WebEx is the most popular and secure workaround we found so far. Using WebEx all the people across different location can join the call at the same time without no issues. This is being also used for training activity where WebEx provide nice features to all attendees.

Skype for Business is good for internal use, where as if you have to go out and train out side of you organization it fails. GoToMeeting is nice alternative but the the user interface and option provided by WebEx were more appealing for our needs.

Cisco Webex Experience

During the troubleshooting process with customer Webex comes very handy with its features like noise suppression and note-taking. As mostly my organization have to troubleshoot issues with the customer in repair shops there is a lot of noise and by having Automatic noise suppression it improves the quality of call plus helps reducing troubleshooting time.
We don't have any other cisco product apart from webex.
Cisco Webex meetings provide a one place solution for everything you need for a meeting, it provides host control to manage individual person in meeting plus provide trust to the customer with security when they are sharing their screen. The data we work on is sensitive and by having such control helps to get confidence with screen sharing and communication.
