Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

We are using it for meetings on a scheduled basis. We are using the tool for screen sharing to work with staff on different projects and applications as well. We have been using Webex Meetings for a long time and staff enjoy the ease of working with the tool and gives us the ability to have meetings no matter how far away someone is.
  • It is very easy to set up new meetings
  • Adding additional email addresses is great
  • Plugin with Outlook 365 allows us to have staff create meetings on the fly
  • Would like to see the admin tools streamlined
  • Allows for more meetings to address concerns.
  • Ability to view other users screen to help with solving software issues.
  • Using the call back service when users are outside of our business joining meetings.
Webex has been one of the better tools on the market.
They have great support when we need it.

Webex Meetings can be used for small organizations to multinationals. It provides all the tools you need to have online meetings whether across the city or across the world. Webex can really be used for any scenarios, and we like that it can provide us with large audiences at meetings. Also setting up meetings on your mobile works great as well.

Cisco Webex Experience

We have benefited with the automatic noise suppression which has helped with staff who forget to leave there mics and speakers on. The real time transcription while it is a neat tool we don't see much value in this feature. The personalization is nice to have for each of our users as well.
We have the cisco jabber client which connects nicely with the Cisco Webex Meetings platform. We have been using the jabber client for all calls within our locations to other staff as well as to outside of our organization. As well the Cisco Jabber chat function is powerful for collaboration quickly with others.
We figure that Cisco Webex meets our needs when it comes to managing participants in a meeting the ability to mute and unmute participants is great to keep our meetings available for our hosts to speak and discuss. The host settings are great as they are able to really customize how the meetings will be handled.
